2-bedroom townhouse in London, 25-minute train ride from Central London

Value: $3,500

About: The home is in a quiet, suburban, and residential area. It is a 10-minute walk to the local railway station from which it is a 25-minute train ride into central London, arriving in Waterloo Station. Close to the house, there are amenities such as groceries, and a couple of restaurants and parks. Inside the house there is one main bedroom with a double bed and another day bed in the office, which can be split up as two twins or one queen bed if you need further use. The house is also a mile and a half from the River Thames in a town called Kingston upon Thames, where there are many shop and restaurants, a theatre and a couple of cinemas, and the 1,200 year old parish church.

There will be additional opportunities to donate to support LEA’s work after the live auction.
