LEA’s Maine Lake Science Center trail system winds through 18 acres of woodlands and wetlands and includes a low-element challenge course. These trails connect to the abutting 66-acre woodland Pondicherry Park.
The parking lot is at the start of the science center driveway off Willett Road. There is additional parking behind the science center. If the lots are full, please return later or consider another trail. Parking on the road is prohibited.

The low-element challenge course stations were constructed along the Pinehaven Trail in 2018 and expanded in 2019. Thanks to LEA donors Mary Maxwell and Roy Lambert and to the Davis Conservation Foundation for making this valuable addition to our trails possible.
A local Eagle Scout and community volunteers built the boardwalk connecting Pinehaven Trail to Pondicherry Park.
Please observe the following guidelines during your visit:
Please help us to keep our trails safe by using the trails and elements responsibly by picking up after yourself and your pet, donating at one of the collection boxes on the trail, and becoming an LEA member at any level. Our policy is Leave No Trace. No smoking please – thank you.
